Vintage " The Surrender of Breda" Silverplate Wall Plaque

Hello, you are bidding on a vintage silver plate wall plaque in the rendition of the painting of ” The Surrender of Breda” by the painter Velazquez Diego. The oval plaque is solid copper with a silver plate covering and measures 22 1/2 long by 16 3/4″ wide and weights 2 lb 12 ozs, has some lose of silver in a few areas and a hair line crack in the silver plate but only in the plating does not go thru, see picture # 6, see pictures for makers marks and condition, I thing they are Spanish markings and craftsmanship, would make a impressive display piece if restored, because of shipping cost sold as is NO returns, so please look at pictures.
